Customer Reviews:* I have MS and with the ease of getting the battery (the heaviest piece) in and out of its holder I can get the scooter out of my Subaru Outback myself. I need help to lift it back in, but there is always a kind person around to help. (Good kharma for them!) The battery holder is right underneath the seat and once the seat is removed lifting the battery out is easy. The seat is wide, comfortable, and swivels with moveable arms. Just Great! Thanks so much! Way better than insurance tried to sell me! * Very easy to assemble..(put the seat on, tilt the tiller up, and take the battery safety insulator out.) It is easy for my 87 year old father to use ..feels safe on rough surfaces, and has a very smooth start. The adjustable speed control is very nice and top speed is not blazing fast but fast enough. The battery is easy to charge and the bright battery status lights are easy for older eyes to see. The battery life is good and the option for the second battery is a very nice feature. It could be a bit smoother on the stopping but the 'auto stop' when the throttle is released is a very good safety feature. So overall, price and value is very good, built and designed for the target user, and quality, ease of use and simplicity exceeded what was expected.
