Kelty Women's Cosmic 20-Degree 550 Down Sleeping Bag

Sleeping BagCustomer Reviews:* I bought this tent to travel with me along the Appalachian Trail. I literally lived in this for 6 months, and was impressed at how well it stood up to the test of time, Rarely do products do that these days, and at near $100 it fit my low price range. The weight is higher than some other 1 person tents, but the cost is lower. It is extremely easy and quick to setup/tear down. At about 5 minutes each. It did well at shedding the water, and of course some seeps through the bottom during extreme conditions - but that is bound to happen. Fabric isn't water proof, but it does move it away effectively. That said after constant use and abuse for 4 months plus, in an extremely rainy season, it did start to allow minimal seepage during heavy pours. Keep in mind, it stood through nickle sized hail (several occasions) and much more water, dirt and mud than imaginable. For weekend camping, this will last a long time, I am still using it on my weekend trips. Just apply a fresh coat of waterproofing to the fly and your set to go.The bug net was a must for me, and the ability to take the fly off and see the stars was a huge advantage. It does require stakes, at _least_ 2 (no fly) and 4 (with fly), though I'd recommend always using all eight. The only thing I'd have wished for here was more space so I could have my pack covered as well, the vestibule is really small and non-existent for real use. I'd probably buy again though, given the brutal conditions I've seen it go through, relatively light weight and very decent price tag. * Let me start by saying that I have only been camping for a few years now. I purchased this tent because I wanted a lighter tent and didnt want to pay an extravegant price for it. This tent fit the bill. It is fairly light ~3 pounds, packs pretty well, and takes nothing to setup. You can do it with just 2 stakes if you really want to. It has plenty of room for me (Im a little guy ~130pound), and my pack. My last camping trip me and my brother both where inside playing cards (It was pouring rain), he is a little guy too. My only complaint i would have , is that i have a difficult time getting the rainfly as taunt as i would like, thus when it rains out i get small leak points where the fly touches the tent. I am sure this is my inexperience and not the tent design though. Even though i get these small spots the tent held up well in about 6-8 hours of rain, thunder and lightning on a trip i had a few weeks ago. So for the price i dont feel i have anything to truly complain about. Just my two cents. Sleeping Bag
