Bear Grylls Men's Mountain Jacket by Craghoppers
Customer Reviews:* My Hubbie is an avid Bear Gryll's fan and after spotting this jacket on one of the shows: we were on the hunt. Thankfully, Amazon stocked this and it was on prime, otherwise the delivery would have taken 10+ days from Europe (Bear's own clothes website does not have any US stores as of yet). The jacket is light and not bulky, has a hood that is actually functional! There are a lot of pockets to store essentials and are well designed that does not bulk out the jacket. Very stylish and although the sleeves were long for him, there is a velcrose to fix the sleeve and we dont have to roll it up! The medium size had plenty of room for a sweater, if need be. I dont think there were any discrepancies between a European size medium and a US medium - dont need to get a larger size (unless you are in denial!).* The Bear Grylls Mountain jacket is a wonderful jacket for outdoor activity. It is rather light though, so if the weather is cold you will probably want to wear something warm beneath it. The jacket fits true to size. It has bungees throughout the entire jacket (including the hood) to tighten everything and make it fit well. I love the velcro on the sleeves...this allows for the sleeves to fit a lot of people, despite the length of their arms. (My arms are short, and I was able to bunch up the sleeves and adjust the velcro cuffs to fit me well) The collar can be a tad bit awkward because of its size (but that is due to having the folded up hood inside), but it's really not a big problem. I wish the hood was removable! (but no such luck-oh well..that's ok since it folds into a velcro compartment.) The jacket is extremely light, and folds up nicely for a person to put in a backpack for hiking. Overall, I highly recommend this jacket!
