Customer Reviews:* This cup is great for cold drinks. I have two: one for water and one for iced coffee/tea drinks. They are easy to clean. They hold the water well and won't spill much if knocked over. They keep drinks cold. The only gripe is that after about a year, the cap gets harder to screw on properly and if you're not careful you could end up with it not sealed properly and when you pick it up it will fall and all the liquid splash out. Otherwise, it is a great cup. * This product is better than most "plastic insulated mugs" you see. Still, it is plastic, with an internal plastic removeable liner and is emphatically NOT recommended for dishwasher cleaning. Hand clean only.The twist-on top sometimes gives me grief because when I try to twist it off, the inner liner comes out with the lid. Operator problems, without a doubt, but still it is annoying.Overall it is a good product, although the price is about double what it should be. Since the rest of the stuff I found was clearly junk (in my humble opinion), I guess you could say, if you want better quality you have to pay for it.
