Customer Reviews:* I bought this pillbox as a gift and my friend loved it. I ordered only one at the time because I wanted to see if it was a candidate for a multi-order as generic gifts for my friends and family. The inside 3-part compartment is plastic, and I guess removable. The clasp works well and the top of the box is aligned with the bottom of the box.It is not top heavy and so does not tip over when opened and set down on a table or counter top. I mention these things because I have been given and purchasedbox type gifts with these problems. Live and learn, then "pass it forward" in a review. So unless the company gets sloppy, this is a worthwhile purchase. * I have been doing better, so when I got a smaller purse I felt it was fine to abandon my bulky pill bottles. I had previously tried just using one small bottle to hold the three different emergency-use-only pills, but even that was more bulky than I wanted, and just plain old awkward. Then... I triggered a migraine an hour and a half from home with no remedy. Ugh! I immediately thought, "I need a small pill container with three slots."This was more perfect than I had imagined. The two small and one large sections works great from me -- the two small for lorazepram and ibuprofen, and the large holds 5 vicodin. Perfect!It has an actual latching mechanism where you push a button to open it up. It is nice and firm, so I don't feel there is any risk of it randomly popping open in my bag.
