My wallet, my iphone, a waterproof case for my iphone (which I didn't need), meds, extra sunscreen, etc. But it also is low profile. You don't even remember it's there. It's super comfortable. It also hugs you, doesn't stick out like some fanny packs. You can kind of hide it under a shirt if you feel so inclined. However, it really doesn't look that bad. I love it. It was perfect for its use. Will I use it every day? No. But I did not feel like a dork wearing it. I felt pretty savvy. I'm a 30-something graphic designer, so yes, I have some concern on fashion. If you're looking for something super functional that isn't going to bring your fashion status down - just sit quietly on your waist, this is definitely the bag! It's very well constructed, also.
