Amazon was was so easy to work with on the exchange - sent the replacement and a return tag and I didn't even have to pay for the replacement before they sent it - just had to get the original back to them quickly. The coat is warm, yet light. The double zipper is wonderful - especially when driving - makes it much easier to get comfortable - then rezip when out in the wind. The hood is perfect - I hate umbrellas and this works wonderfully. I haven't washed the jacket yet, but I've had other Helly Hansen jackets in the past and they are easy to take care of.
