Customer Reviews:* My girlfriend and I use this when we go out playing Ingress, it's an Ingress must-have. Excellent battery that almost always survives a day (though it didn't really handle our day trip where we had 4 people using it constantly for about 4 hours, a couple hours later it finally ran outta power.) Exceeds my expectations and I have no complaints. Multi-tip usb cord it comes with is incredibly short. Convenient for some things, but for the most part we leave it behind. We use it mostly to power a Samsung Galaxy S 3 and an HTC Thunderbolt, with great success. * Main reason I bought this was to play Ingress for more than an hour without my phone dying on me. It works as advertised, and actually CHARGES the phone while the Ingress app is running, unlike some other products that merely slow the rate at which the phone depletes its battery. I have other Anker products, and they are all of exceptional quality. The USB ports are nice and stiff, so the plugs won't accidentally fall out, the entire unit just has a solid feel in your hand, and it has a simple, elegant way to inform users of remaining battery life (LEDs). I couldn't recommend this company enough. If you need something, and you're looking at a page of items from different companies, choose the Anker product. You won't be disappointed.ANYWAY, in summary: I'm one happy customer. Do not hesitate to buy this!!!EDIT: I had originally written about the poor quality of the included output cable with multi-adapters, but after writing it I decided to whip it out again and it worked this time.
